We are happy to include you and/or your foursome in our tournament for the Sgt Dennis James Flanagan Foundation scheduled for Sunday, January 20, 2008. The check-in for the tournament will begin at 12pm. The foundation is asking that you fill out the form(s) included and send payment in the form of a check, or money order made out to : Sgt. Dennis James Flanagan Foundation or SDJF Foundation. By sending your application and payment you have reserved a spot in the tournament. Spots are reserved on a first come basis.
