This
picture was taken by a parishioner who was
taking snapshots of Sgt. Dennis Flanagans
furneral flowers. This picture emerged and
was not edited. There is nothing higher
up in the picture which would create these
colored rays of light.

Sgt. Dennis James Flanagan
Foundation
Non Profit Corporation
1965 East Circle S. Drive
Inverness, Florida 34453-0558
The
logo for the foundation was designed
by a graphic artist named Richard Librandi.
Fort Campbell, Kentucky - where Sgt.
Flanagan was based- is the home of the
101st Airborne. The nickname of the
division is the “Screaming Eagles”.
We had asked for a logo which would
speak to the two main roles of the foundation
- scholarships and veterans causes.
The logo combines an eagle’s head
and a slightly open book. Perfect!
Richard Librandi happens to be the Great
Uncle of Sgt. Flanagan. He drew several
Amercian Bald Eagles for us. Some of
these will be auctioned off in January
2007 to raise funds for the Sgt. Dennis
James Flanagan Foundation.
